Terms of sale

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Arrigo Creative LLC ("we", "us"), of 520 Royal Palm Drive, Melbourne, Florida 32935, United States. You can reach us at hello@jamiearrigo.com.

When you tick the box at checkout and pay, you agree to these terms. We keep a record of which version you agreed to and when.

What you are buying

You are buying POV to Profit, an online program by Jamie Arrigo, delivered through our community on Mighty Networks. It includes the six-module course, six months of weekly live group office hours (with hot seats, questions in advance and replays), six months in the private community, and the bonuses listed at checkout. Your access lasts six months from the day you buy.

If you add the 30-minute 1:1 call at checkout, you book it with Jamie through the scheduling link shown after you pay.

You must be 18 or over to buy. Everything you are buying, and the total price with its currency, is shown before you pay.

Paying

Payments are taken by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go from your browser straight to Stripe and never reach our own systems.

Delivery

Your product is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed, on the page you see after paying.

If anything you paid for does not arrive, write to hello@jamiearrigo.com and we will put it right.

Payment plans

Some products can be paid for in a fixed number of instalments instead of all at once. The checkout shows how many payments there are and the amount of each. Once you choose the plan, it shows what you pay today and the total of all the payments. The remaining payments are taken every 30 days.

• The first instalment is taken when you buy. Any extra item you add at checkout is paid in full with that first instalment.
• The rest are taken automatically from the same card, every 30 days.
• After the last instalment, the plan ends and nothing more is charged.
• If a payment fails, we will tell you by email and give you at least 7 days to pay another way before we pause your access.
• To stop a plan, write to hello@jamiearrigo.com. We will stop the remaining payments. If the plan was not yet fully paid, we may end your access to the product.

Your right to cancel and be refunded, described below, applies to plans too.

To change the card a plan uses, or to ask about a payment, write to hello@jamiearrigo.com.

Refunds

The 30-Day Put It to Work Guarantee. Do the work: finish Modules 1 and 2, publish five pieces of content using the framework, and bring one question to office hours or submit it for feedback. If you are still not clearer on your positioning and what to post next, email us within 30 days of buying with what you implemented, and we will refund your enrollment. No one can guarantee views, followers, leads or revenue, and this guarantee does not promise them.

To ask for a refund, write to hello@jamiearrigo.com with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Nothing in this section takes away any right you have under the law where you live.

Your right to cancel

The law in the EU and the UK gives consumers 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.

We honour that. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may cancel within 14 days of buying, even if you have already started using what you bought, and we will refund you in full within 14 days of hearing from you. To cancel, write to hello@jamiearrigo.com with "Cancel my order" and the email address you bought with. We will confirm by email that we have received it.

Wherever you live, you also keep any right to cancel or be refunded that the law there gives you, including under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these terms takes it away.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please write to us first at hello@jamiearrigo.com. We can usually fix it faster than your bank can.

You always keep the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer, and nothing in these terms limits it. If a charge is disputed, we will give our payment processor and your bank the record of your order: what you bought, when, the version of these terms you agreed to, and how it was delivered.

Using what you buy

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the product yourself. Please do not share your access, resell the product, or publish its contents.

Results

Your results depend on your own work and circumstances. We do not promise any level of views, followers, leads, income or sales.

Our responsibility to you

We will provide the product as described, with reasonable care. If we fail to, we will fix it or refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, including your rights as a consumer where you live.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and may bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Every version has its own number, and each order is governed by the version agreed to when it was placed. A change never applies to a purchase you have already made unless you agree to it.
